Dr. Chishti has practised veterinary medicine for over four decades, with a background spanning diagnostic pathology, emergency medicine, and internal medicine.

He is a member in good standing with the College of Veterinarians of Ontario, the Ontario Veterinary Medical Association, the Canadian Veterinary Medical Association, and the American Veterinary Medical Association.

Dr. Chishti believes pets are an essential part of any family and is committed to continually improving his surgical, emergency, and internal medicine skills through ongoing education.

Dr. Jamil began his veterinary career in Canada in 2009 in small animal practice, later working in regulatory medicine across a range of species including large animals, small ruminants, swine, poultry, and turkeys.

After nearly eight years in public service, he moved into feedlot production and mixed animal practice, expanding his expertise in herd health and production medicine.

He returned to companion animal care to continue providing high-quality, compassionate veterinary care to pets and their families.

Dr. Arshad earned his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from the Islamia University of Bahawalpur in Pakistan and joined Brookfield Veterinary Hospital in 2023.

In 2025 he passed his Clinical Proficiency Examination on his first attempt and is now a fully licensed veterinarian with a strong interest in internal medicine.

He is known for his thoughtful approach, attention to detail, and commitment to compassionate care for every patient.
